These terms constitute an agreement between you, as a registered user (member), and Capital Finance, as an entity (company).
Capital Finance reserves the right to modify or update one or more articles of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
You must accept and comply with the terms and conditions outlined on this page. If you do not agree with one or more articles, you must stop using CF.
1 - User Account
1.1 You can only have one personal account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in the deletion of all related accounts.
Only one registration per individual is allowed.
1.2 When opening your account (registration), you must provide your true identity: first name, last name, gender (Male or Female), country of residence, and a valid email address.
1.3 Creating an account with false or inaccurate information will result in its immediate deletion, without the possibility of a refund.
1.4 The sale or exchange of accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate deletion.
1.5 You can upgrade your account to increase your level, earn more bonuses or commissions, and enjoy other benefits.
1.6 An inactive account for 30 days will result in the loss of all benefits, including balance, remaining funds, bonuses, and commissions. To keep your account active, log in regularly. If you logged in to your CF account within the last 30 days, it will be considered active. You can also perform actions such as sending money, withdrawals, reinvestments, purchasing investment plans, or visiting sponsored links to maintain your account activity.
1.7 An account inactive for 90 days will be permanently deleted, without the possibility of a refund. Before any deletion due to inactivity, you will receive reminder emails from our system.
We decline any responsibility in case of non-receipt of our emails (for example, if they go to spam or if you do not check your inbox).
2 - Privacy
2.1 We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of your personal information and will not disclose it to any third party.
2.2 LThe documents requested for account verification are used solely to confirm the accuracy of your personal information. These documents will be destroyed once the verification process is completed by our team.
3 - Investment and Profit
3.1 Capital Finance is an online platform that allows any adult to invest and grow their money by activating an investment plan available on its official website: https://my-capitalfinance.net.
3.2 The profits generated depend on the amount invested and the type of plan selected, both of which are predefined in advance.
3.3 By investing your money on Capital Finance, you fully authorize the company to use and manage these funds in any type of investment it deems stable and profitable, while adhering to current regulations.
3.4 You certify that the money used Capital Finance belongs to you and does not come from illegal activities such as terrorism, arms trafficking, human trafficking, or money laundering.
3.5 Only invest money that you are willing to lose.
3.6 By purchasing (or activating) an investment plan on Capital Finance, you agree to adhere to all internal rules associated with this plan as outlined on the plan purchase page.
4 - Payment and Deposit
4.1 These terms are complementary to the internal withdrawal regulations, available on the withdrawal page.
4.2 Withdrawals are only allowed for Level 1 or higher members who have active investments (Active Plans) on their account at the time of the request. To access Level 1, it is necessary to make a deposit on the site.
4.3 The maximum amount allowed for each withdrawal request depends on the user's account level.
Service fees apply to each withdrawal, and detailed information is available on the withdrawal page.
4.4 All withdrawal or deposit requests are processed automatically or manually, in the order they are received, depending on the chosen payment method.
4.5 The processing time for a withdrawal to an external wallet is generally 1 to 7 business days.
4.6 In case of maintenance or technical issues, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
4.7 You must share all transactions received on CAPITAL FINANCE in the specified forums, groups, or social networks. Include your username (ID) and the received amount, in accordance with the current rules.
4.8 You must use only the payment methods available on the site for your withdrawals or deposits, following the specified instructions.
4.9 The minimum amount for a deposit is $3. If a lower deposit is made, the funds will not be credited until another deposit reaches or exceeds $3.
4.10 We are not responsible for a withdrawal request sent to an incorrect address due to an address error you provided during your request.
4.11 You must use the same processor or payment method where you deposited the most funds for your withdrawal; otherwise, your request will be canceled.

5 - Affiliate System and Commission

5.5 Under no circumstances should you force or intimidate someone to join the platform.
6 - Bonus and Service
6.1 You can use or convert your C-coins bonuses into dollars once you reach the minimum conversion threshold.

7 - Limits
7.1 You will neither be an employee nor a salaried person of Capital Finance.

7.3 We are not responsible for taxes that your authority or government may require regarding the gains and profits received.
7.4 Capital Finance is a private company operating globally, and any adult person can participate.
7.5 The company will continue to exist as long as it remains profitable and without time restrictions.
7.6 As an investor on the platform, you will be able to benefit from the advantages generated by the company as long as the established conditions (profits and contracts) are respected.
7.7 NWe set limits on our services (withdrawals and transfers) to prevent any abuse, protect the company’s integrity, and adhere to the terms of our platform.
